JUDGMENT
[1]Despite the absence of Mr Gerard Conteh, sole director of the respondent company, the matter will proceed in his absence.[2]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant's claims for notice pay and holiday pay both succeed, and in terms of notice pay the claimant is due from the respondent the sum of £2,610 and in relation to holiday pay the sum of £4,463.10.[3]The respondent should also repay to the claimant the sum of £365 Tribunal fees.[4]That makes a total of £7,438.10 that I order the respondent to pay to the claimant forthwith. 13-06-17
