Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 From the information available to me and in the absence of a response having been lodged by the respondent I am able to issue the following judgment:[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions is well founded.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant by failing to pay him the full amount of his December 2019 wages, in the gross sum of £338.58, and his January wages in the gross sum of £825. The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1163.58.[3]The hearing fixed for 24 March 2020 is cancelled and will not now take place.
