The claims are struck out on the ground that they are not actively pursued.REASONS
[1]Between them, the claimants have presented four claims to the tribunal under case numbers 2400589/2020, 2400600/2020, 2400601/2020 and 2400602/2020.[2]By e-mail dated 29 January 2020 the claimant’s solicitors notified the tribunal that claims 2400601/2020 and 2400602/2020 were duplicates of the other two claims and could be “removed from the Tribunal system”.[3]It is therefore clear that the duplicate claims are not being pursued.[4]This judgment does not affect the claimants’ ability to pursue claims 2400589/2020 and 2400600/2020.
