REASONS
[1]The respondent company is in administration. The claimant has not informed the Tribunal that he has obtained either the consent of the Administrator or the permission of the court for these proceedings to be continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.[2]By letter of 14 June 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations or give an acceptable reason. The claim is therefore struck out.
