JUDGMENT

[1]The unless order issued on 19 June 2017 for the claimants’ solicitors to comply with the further particulars order set out at paragraph 8 (7.2) of the minute of Employment Judge Ryan dated 29 June 2017 has not been complied with at the due time and on the due date and consequently all the claims in this matter have already been struck out without need for further order or judgment on 29 August 2017.[2]With regard to the withdrawn claims, a number of claims were withdrawn by the claimants’ representative by way of letter dated 29 August 2017. Those claims are dismissed on withdrawal.[3]A list of the claims so dismissed is set out in the Annex hereto. Case Nos. 2400450/2016 & others 2[4]No further order or direction need be made. Employment Judge Robinson 07-12-17[1]All of the claims which were struck out in August 2017 and confirmed as such on 7 December 2017 in a previous Judgment are reinstated and all those claimants can now pursue their claims for unlawful deduction of wages.[2]The claimants’ solicitors, however, shall pay to the respondent’s solicitors the sum of £3,910 plus VAT at 20% on the basis that there has been wasted costs for the respondent with regard to the way in which the claimants’ solicitors dealt with this matter.[3]The application for costs by the claimants’ solicitors against the respondent with regard to the costs of today is refused and dismissed.
