JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that there was an unlawful deduction from her wages after her employment transferred to the respondent following the dissolution of the company she had previously been employed by is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £849.24 within 28 days of the date of this judgment.[2]The claimant’s claim in relation to a clothing allowance was dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claimant’s claim for an unpaid bonus is based on an agreement that is found to have been tainted by illegality. For this reason, this claim is found not to be justiciable and is dismissed.
