JUDGMENT
[1]The form of remote hearing was Code V, which means that the hearing took place with attendance of the Claimant by video conference using the Tribunal’s CVP video platform. Attendance by parties was not practicable due to Covid-19 restrictions and no-one requested the same.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay is well founded. Judgment is ordered in the gross sum of £8123.68 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The respondent is ordered to pay the gross amount to the Claimant less the net payments totalling £3464.97 already paid.
