JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £1,916 representing one month’s gross pay.[2]When the proceedings were begun the respondent was in breach of its duty to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. It is just and equitable to make an award of an amount equal to four weeks’ gross pay. In accordance with section 38 Employment Act 2002 the respondent shall therefore pay the claimant £1,764.40.[3]The claimant’s claim of Unfair Dismissal was dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[4]The claimant’s claim of Maternity Discrimination was dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[5]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay was dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
