JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the title of the respondent in these proceedings is amended to B&R Care Limited to reflect its proper corporate title.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented within three months of the deduction and it was presented within a further period which was reasonable. The Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with it.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay is well founded.[4]No order requiring the respondent to make any payment to the claimant is made because(a) the respondent has already paid the claimant the amount deducted from her pay on 1 September 2019, and(b) on the evidence provided today the Tribunal does not consider it appropriate to order the respondent to pay an amount to compensate the claimant for financial loss sustained by her attributable to the deduction.
