JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages in accordance with section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £1260 gross.[2]The claim for holiday pay in accordance with regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is successful. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £450 gross.[3]The respondent sent an email to the Tribunal stating that the respondent company had dissolved in April 2024. Companies House revealed that the respondent company is in creditors voluntary liquidation and therefore, the hearing progressed in the absence of the respondent in accordance with rule 47 of Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
