JUDGMENT
[1]The correct respondent in this case is Smooth Gym Limited and the claims against Atticus Promotions Limited are dismissed.[2]The claimant was dismissed for reasons for redundancy on 25 October 2018 and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £2,536.92.[3]The claimant is entitled to arrears of pay in respect of 135 hours worked in October 2018 amounting to £1,057.05, before deduction of any tax and national insurance.[4]The respondent breached the claimant's contract by not giving her notice of termination or paying her in lieu of notice, and she is entitled to compensation amounting to £1,658.07 representing the pay she would have received had her entitlement to nine weeks’ notice been honoured.
