The respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £1139.60. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a Written Statement of Terms and Conditions of Employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £978.40. The total amount the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant is the net sum of £2118.00.
