Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent having failed to enter a response the claimant’s claim the claimant suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and his claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £960 less lawful deductions of tax and national insurance (one week’s pay for week in hand worked and 3-days unpaid).[3]The hearing listed on 1 December 2020 is cancelled.
