Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2189.91.[2]As the respondent breached its duty to give the claimant a written statement of employment particulars, the award made to the claimant is increased by the higher amount (in the absence of any particulars whatsoever) and the respondent must also pay the claimant £1,352.96 (being four weeks’ pay at £338.24 per week).[3]The hearing listed on 29th May 2024 is cancelled.
