JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant's following claims are well-founded and succeed:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent on 22 August 2016.[2]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract with regard to the claimant's entitlement to notice of dismissal, such that this dismissal was a wrongful dismissal.[3]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due and accrued to him at the conclusion of his employment, namely in respect of 12 days’ accrued holidays.
