JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Total Property Maintenance NW Limited.[2]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2388.46 (6 weeks at £398.08 per week).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £796.16 (2 weeks at £398.08 per week).[5]The respondent must, therefore, pay the claimant, in total, the gross sum £3,184.62. In accordance with Rule 66, the sum must be paid within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[6]The hearing listed on 12 September 2022 is cancelled.
