[1]By a letter dated 28 January 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint in respect of failure to pay Redundancy Payments should not be struck out because the claimants do not appear to have been employed for two years[2]The claimants have failed to make any representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint in respect of failure to pay Redundancy Payments is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 1 March 2019.
