JUDGMENT
[1]As agreed by the respondent and found by the judge, the complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination in relation to dismissal were presented within the required time limit so the Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider these complaints.[2]Time limit issues in relation to complaints of disability discrimination and health and safety detriments about matters before dismissal will be considered at the final hearing.[3]The complaints of victimisation are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
