The whole claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]All the complaints brought by the claimant in this claim are “relevant proceedings” to which the requirement to contact ACAS before instituting proceedings applies (section 18A Employment Tribunals Act 1996).[2]The claimant did not comply with that requirement. The early conciliation certificate on which he relies (ACAS EC Reference Number R109307/17/17) relates to early conciliation undertaken by a different person (his father).[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider this claim.
