The respondent shall pay £355.77.[3]The claimant's claim in respect of unlawful deduction from wages under section 13 of the Wages Act succeeds. The Tribunal declares that the total sum of £325.23 has been unlawfully deducted or unpaid at the conclusion of the claimant's employment, and the respondent shall pay £325.23.[4]The total award that the respondent shall pay to the claimant is £681.00.
