Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £6,249.99 (3 x £2,083.33: October to December 2021).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £673.08 (£2,083.33 x 12 months = £24,999.96 divided 52 weeks = £480.77 per week; £480.77 divided by 5 days = £96.15 per day x 7 days).[4]The hearing listed on 20 September 2022 is cancelled.
