JUDGMENT
Terms of agreement having been reached between the parties, by consent the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]All proceedings in this claim are stayed until 31 July 2018 to enable the terms of settlement to be put into effect.[2]If neither party has applied in writing for the hearing to be re-listed on or before 31 July 2018 the claims are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant on that date (the claimant having given his consent to that course at the hearing).[3]The claims against Lancashire Music Service are dismissed on withdrawal.
