JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unpaid holiday pay was presented out of time on the 5th of January 2023 when the effective date of termination of her employment was in December 2017. The claimant knew that her employment ended in December 2017, and it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to bring her claim in time. The claimant did not do so. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim and it is struck out on this basis.
