[1]By a letter dated 24 February 2021 the Tribunal gave the late claimant’s representative an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued, or to request a hearing in order to do so No reply had been received to the Tribunal’s letter (sent by email) of 18 January 2021 seeking an update, and no other communication had been received since the case was stayed in June 2020.[2]The claimant’s representative has failed to respond in any way. The claim has not been actively pursued. It is therefore struck out.
