JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to one week’s notice pay is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,249.85 as damages for breach of contract.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to two weeks’ notice pay whilst the claimant was on two paid weeks holiday is not well founded and is dismissed. 2. The Tribunal calculates the amount of payment on a gross basis, but the respondent is entitled to make any deductions which are due for tax and national insurance contributions before payment is made to the claimant.
