On 13 July 2022, case management order 2 made by Employment Judge Ord provided that: ‘Unless the claimant confirms in writing to the tribunal by 4.00pm on 27 July 2022 that she intends to pursue her claim against the second respondent to final hearing, her claim will be dismissed in its entirety without further order’. You have failed to confirm that you inform the Tribunal of your intentions concerning this case management order by 27 July 2022 and accordingly your claim is dismissed. The hearing fixed for 5,6 and 7 September 2023 will not take place.
