[1]The correct name of the respondent is substituted in these proceedings as ‘23. The proceedings have been served on the correct registered address for Orama Design & Build Limited.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent, Orama Design & Build Limited made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period 24 November 2025 up to and including 28 November 2025.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £1075, which is the gross sum deducted.
