JUDGMENT
[1]The claims in respect of all three claimants were for unauthorised deductions from wages contrary to section 13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 for the period of 25 June 2024 to 5 July 2024.[2]In respect of wages during the above period, the Tribunal found that the wages were as a matter of fact paid by the respondent to all three claimants.[3]In respect of all three claimants, therefore, the complaints of unauthorised deductions are not well-founded and are dismissed.
