[1]The name of the Respondent is amended as appears in the title to this Judgment.[2]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 20 October 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent has made 2 months unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £7047.00 gross.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £1632.00 gross.[5]The respondent must pay the claimant £8,679.00 in total.[6]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by him in respect of any payment received by him pursuant to this judgment.[7]The hearing listed on 07 March 2025 is cancelled.
