The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages for the months of: August 2024 - £648.00 and September 2024 for 1 day - £118.13 and must pay the claimant £766.13 net.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £766.13 in total.[4]The hearing listed on 15 April 2025 is cancelled.[5]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by her in respect of any payment received by her pursuant to this judgment.
