[1]The name of the respondent is amended to that of the claimant’s employer, Alan Woodward Ltd.[2]The claims are dismissed upon non-attendance of the claimant pursuant to Rule 47 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[3]The tribunal took steps to find reasons for non-attendance.
