REASONS

[1]On 19 May 2022 the claimant was notified that consideration was being given to striking out her claim as she had not complied with an Order of the Tribunal dated 6 October 2021. She was invited to give any reasons why she objected to that proposal by 4pm on 14 June 2022. No response has been received.[2]Accordingly it is concluded that the claimant has not actively pursued his claim and it is appropriate to strike it out.
