JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of disability discrimination, religion or belief discrimination and unauthorised deductions from wages are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant. JUDGMENT

REASONS

hearing.

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £150 following a preliminary hearing held on 4/03/2022. The Order was sent to the claimant on 27/04/2022. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 4-6/07/2022 will not take place.[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal, arising out of the termination of his employment on 14 October 2020 is not well founded. That means that the claimant was not unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal was subject to a deposit order made on 4 March 2020 for £150. This deposit shall be paid to the respondent, in accordance with Employment Tribunal Rule 39(5). Case No. 2308278/2020
