The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 09 August 2021 the Tribunal informed the claimant that the respondent had been dissolved. The Tribunal informed the claimant that she must apply to have the respondent restored to the Register of Companies.[2]A judgement of the Central London County Court dated 14 October 2022 determined that the application of the claimant to restore the respondent to the Register of Companies was stuck out for failure to comply with the court’s orders.[3]By correspondence dated 17 March 2023 the claimant failed to inform the Tribunal if she had any further pending applications at the County Court.[4]There is no evidence to suggest that the claimant is actively pursuing the claim to the Tribunal’s satisfaction. The claim is therefore struck out.
