The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 5 April 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant failed to reply.[3]On 1 August 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant again, warning him that consideration was being given to striking out the claim because it has not been actively pursued. He was given the opportunity to object to this proposal by giving reasons in writing or to request a hearing by 30 August 2024.[4]No reply has been received from the claimant.[5]It is apparent that the claimant is not actively pursuing his claim and accordingly it is struck out.
