JUDGMENT
[1]Upon all claims being lodged outside the statutory time limits it is determined: a) That it was not reasonably practicable for the wrongful dismissal, holiday pay and unfair deduction of wages claims claim to be lodged within the statutory time limit and that they were lodged within a reasonable time frame thereafter and b) It would be just and equitable for time to be extended so far as the disability discrimination claims are concerned. Accordingly, the Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider those claims.[2]The Respondent’s application for an extension of time to lodge their Response is granted.[3]The Claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.
