[1]By a Case Management Order dated 12 November 2024 the Tribunal ordered the Claimant to explain non-attendance at a hearing that took place on 7 November 2024 and confirm whether or not he wished to pursue his claim and comment on why he had not complied with previous case management orders.[2]The Claimant was warned that his claim may be struck out if he did not reply within 7 days. The Claimant has not replied.[3]Accordingly, the claim is struck out on the basis that: the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 16 November 2024, specifically Order 10; and it has not been actively pursued.
