[1]The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that:a. The claimant was unfairly dismissed from her employment by the respondent and subjected to detriments. The principal reason for that dismissal and detriments was that she had made protected disclosures.b. The claim of dismissal and/or detriments because she asserted a statutory right fail and are dismissed. Case Number: 2307820/2020[2]Compensation of £12,999.80 is payable forthwith by the respondent to the claimant calculated as follows: Basic Award: £ 538.00 Compensatory Award: Loss of earnings Aug 20-Apr 21 (incl) £1,795.50 pm x 10 £17,955 Less mitigated loss (£13,243.20) £ 4,711.80 Plus loss of statutory rights £ 250.00 £ 5,499.80 Plus compensation for injury to feelings £ 7,500.00 Total £12,999.80 The recoupment regulations do not apply to this award.
