[1]The claimant’s complaint that he was constructively unfairly dismissed is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaint of an unlawful deduction from wages is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaints of direct disability discrimination, discrimination arising from disability , harassment and part of his complaint of victimisation were not presented to the tribunal in accordance with the provisions of section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 (“EQA 10”) and it is not just and equitable to extend time[4]The claimant’s in time complaints of victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed.
