Any representations or requests were to be done by 30 August 2024.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing by 30 August 2024 as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing listed for 22 January 2022 and the full merits hearing listed for 28 July 2025 until 31 July 2025 will not take place.
