JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint for redundancy pay following termination of her contract on 6 November 2023 is well-founded. The Claimant is not entitled to any award since she has already received statutory redundancy pay from the Redundancy Payment Service.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well-founded. The Claimant was entitled to 4 weeks’ statutory notice, she has been paid 1 week’s Case No. 2307702/2023 (2307648/2023) notice. Therefore the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the remaining 3 weeks’ notice of £816 net as damages for breach of contract.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deductions due to non-payment of wages between 1-6 November 2023 from wages is well-founded. The Claimant is not entitled to any award since she has already been paid the amount owed by the Administrators. This judgment has been approved by: Employment Judge HART Date: 5 February 2025
