By a letter dated 15 July 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing (at which to do so), as to why the claim should not be struck out. It appeared a fair hearing was no longer possible because the claim has no reasonable prospect of success. This is in light of the findings made and the conclusions reached in the Tribunal’s Judgment dated 10 January 2025. The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. A fair hearing is not possible. The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by:
