JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to net awards as follows: Unpaid wages £16244.49 Unpaid bonus £3000.00 Total Award: £19244.49

REASONS

[1]The claimant gave evidence on his own behalf. He has the benefit of a Spanish interpreter. He had lodged a bundle of documents to which reference will be made where necessary. Case Numbers: 2307490/2020[2]The respondent did not return an ET3. The director was contacted by the clerk to the Tribunal but he said he was unable to participate in the hearing as he was unwell.[3]The claimant was employed as Head of Estates with effect from 1 April 2019. He had commended employment on 6 September 2018. He remains in the employment of the respondent.[4]The claimant confirmed details of his unpaid wages as set out on page 18 of the bundle provided by him. He also confirmed that the summer bonus agreed in the contract on page 12 of the bundle had not been paid. These are the sums awarded. I D Truscott QC
