JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a gross basic award of £2,532 (being 4 x 1.5 x £422) and a gross compensatory award (including loss of statutory rights and pension loss of £2,068.69.[2]The Claimant’s claim for discrimination arising from disability fails and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim in respect of accrued untaken annual leave fails and is dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 2307466/2020
