EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2307460/2020
N ParodyClaimantTime of Your Life Travel Ltd (in voluntary liquidation)Respondent
Date 17 February 2022

JUDGMENT

Having considered the written evidence and on hearing from the Claimant (liquidators for the Respondent having requested that the case proceeded in their absence), I find:[2]The claim for unpaid notice is not made out and is dismissed as the Claimant has been paid notice according to that which was properly due. The claim for unpaid holiday for the period 14 June 2019 to 30 April 2020 is out of time. I am satisfied that the Claimant has demonstrated that this claim was made within such time as was reasonably practicable in the circumstances. To the extent required, I extend time for bringing this claim; and[4]The claim for unpaid holiday (14 Jun 19 – 30 Apr 20) is made out and the claim is allowed. In light of the foregoing, I order:[6]The Respondent shall pay £1,854.57 to the Claimant forthwith. The Claimant shall account to HMRC on receipt of that amount. Judge M Aspinall on Thursday, 17th February 2022 Note Reasons for this judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless they are requested - by either party - within 14 days of this notice.
