The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant complains of unfair dismissal.[2]Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 requires a claimant to have not less than two years’ service to make an unfair dismissal complaint.[3]The Claimant’s claim form stated that she had been employed from 01/03/2020 until 06/07/2020.[4]By a letter dated 19/04/2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations by 03/05/2021 as to why the claim should not be struck out.[5]The Claimant has not made any representations as to why her claim should not be struck out, nor has she requested a hearing.[6]Accordingly the claim is struck out.[7]The hearing fixed for 20 December 2021 will not take place.
