EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2307382/2020
Mr K JonesClaimantTurtle BayRespondent
Employment Judge Martin DateDate 12 July 2021

JUDGMENT

The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 16 December 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because 2. it has no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The Claimant claims unfair dismissal but has does not have the necessary two years’ qualifying service. None of the exceptions to s108 Employment Rights Act 1996 apply. This part of her claim is dismissed.[4]The Claimant asks the Tribunal to order that she is put back on furlough. This is not within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction. This part of her claim is dismissed.[5]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing on 10 August 2021
