The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the following:[1]2 weeks wages unpaid at the date of termination calculated at a rate of £362.77 gross per week. The total sum to be paid is £725.54[2]2 week statutory sick pay at a rate of £95.85 per week amounting to a total sum of £191.70[3]I days pay due and owing at the date of termination of £72.55 4. 5 days holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination of £362.77. For the avoidance of doubt the total sum to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is £1352.56.
