The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The name of the respondent is changed to Bocca Social Limited (in liquidation).[2]The claimant did not attend the preliminary hearing on 11 November 2024. Ms Audino of the respondent did attend.[3]The claimant had not submitted an agenda as requested. The respondent had done so.[4]The claimant did not respond to a letter dated 14 March 2024 from the Tribunal which requested reasons why the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out.[5]Further the claimant did not respond to a letter dated 14 March 2024 from the Tribunal asking for a response within seven days to a proposal to change the name of the respondent.[6]On the morning of the hearing, the Tribunal contacted the claimant by telephone and by email but received no response.[7]The claim is struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[8]The hearing fixed for 23-25 June 2025 will not take place.
