JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and he is awarded the following amounts of compensation payable by the respondent:a. His wages for December 2024 in the sum of £3,126 gross;b. His wages for January 2025 in the sum of £1404 gross; andc. Payment in respect to accrued but untaken annual leave for the leave year 2023/24 (starting 1 April 2024 to the date his employment ended on 10 March 2025), 19.5 days, at 8 hours per day, at £12 per hour, in the sum of £1872 gross.[2]The total award of compensation is £6,402 gross.
